For students at the University of Zambia

1) Download and read through the Application Guideline.

2) Prepare the required documents following the instruction in the Application Guideline. Forms are available below.

For students at Hokkaido University

1) Download and read through the Application Guideline.

2) Register for required Inter-Graduate School Classes indicated in the application guideline through ELMS as the initial registration. 
　【In accordance with the registration period of one’s graduate school) 

3) Prepare the required documents following instructions in the Application Guideline. Formats for Form 1&2 can be downloaded below. 

• Form 1: Form HU1_Recommendation_2024
• Form 2: Form HU2_Essay_2024

3) Access the detailed application form from here to fill in the required fields and submit the documents above.  【DEADLINE: April 26th】
